There hasn't been an international comedian who has visited South Africa recently who hasn't made me cry with laughter and give me sore abs from laughing so hard. I'm anticipating the exact same with Eddie Izzard, who comes to Cape Town and Joburg later this month in his "Force Majeure" world tour, with Real Concerts and 94.7.
If you don't know much about Izzard, he's an award-winning UK comedian and actor, and is one of the most acclaimed comedians in the world. John Cleese of Monty Python has even referred to him as the "Lost Python".
Knowing that laughter is the best medicine, and that Izzard is brilliant, they're treating you with a set of double tickets each to the Cape Town and Joburg shows. The winners will get to see Cape Town show on 18 June at Grand Arena, and the Joburg show will be on 23 June at the Sandton Convention Centre (other shows in Joburg will be on 21 and 22 June).
