Just to recap:
- Jean Kelly pumps are available in six colours, have leather inner soles, and are available for R350 a pair. I have a red pair and find they are really comfortable, fit well (my toes don't peep out - this is apparently called "toe cleavage"), and have good tread and stability. The Paris grey and London red shoes also now available at selected Poetry stores (Tygervalley, Cavendish Square, V&A Waterfront, Fourways and Brooklyn Pretoria).

- Shooshoos are recommended by podiatrists for their great tread and traction, deep and wide toe boxes, and soles that are thick enough for protection. They are also lightweight, don't restrict movement, and are flat, so they mimic the barefoot motion.
Aside from all of this, they also come in great colours and designs.
